Here are two sample phonics books and their activity sheets -- the first book from the Beginner phonics book set, and the first book from the Intermediate book set.

Beginner Phonics Book One
Teaches short vowel "a" and that "s" is sometimes pronounced as "z" (has, as, etc.).
Intermediate Phonics Book One
Teaches the "th" "sh" and "ch" digraphs (a digraph is when two letters make one sound together)..
